Dr. Charles Steele - National President/CEO of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC). He is a civil rights leader first, using his constituency as a pulse to direct action and chapter development of public policies. He joins Tavis for a conversation on the work he’s undertaking in the realm of civil rights - ahead of the upcoming 63rd Annual Convention of the National SCLC (on July 21-22) and to share his thoughts on CA AG Rob Bonta’s recent decision regarding LA City Councilman Mark Ridley-Thomas.
